Job summary

Majestic Gen is seeking a degree-qualified professional to lead master development programmes and oversee task progress in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare feasibility studies, cash flow analyses, market studies and pricing proposals, ensuring design and layouts comply with guidelines and good practice standards.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master development programme and ensure individual task completion according to schedule
• Prepare feasibility study, cash flow, market study and pricing proposal
• Ensure layout and design comply to Company guidelines, planning guidelines, UBBL and CONQUAS/QLASSIC construction good practice
• Coordinate on layout, infrastructure, SIFUS, strata and building plan preparation and submission
• Ensure quality of tender drawings and coordinate on tender drawing and tender documents preparation
• Conduct checking on S&P plans and specification
• Conduct standardisation of S&P plan and specification format
• Conduct preliminary checking on marketing material
• Ensure quality and compliance of show unit / mockup unit and show unit remains in good condition within DLP period
• Liaise with authorities (Syarikat Air, IWK, TNB & TM)

About you
