Job summary

Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager – Architect to lead design concept development, coordinate with clients and oversee project delivery. You will prepare and present architectural designs, develop detailed plans and 3D renderings, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor construction progress with consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in architecture, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
3–6 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other related software.
Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present architectural design concepts and proposals.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design briefs.
Develop concept and detailed designs in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
Prepare working drawings, plans, models, and 3D renderings using CAD and design software.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate project activities at all stages of development.
