Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related)
• 3-5 years' experience in project engineering or project management in manufacturing/engineering
• Proficiency with project management methods (Prince2, Agile or similar) and with engineering/design/PM software
• Strong organization and time-management; ability to manage multiple projects
• Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments
• Experience in wire harness, electrical or automotive manufacturing is desirable
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF quality systems and MS Office/PM tools
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute engineering projects per objectives and client requirements
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, QA and procurement for seamless delivery
• Monitor progress and report against metrics to senior management
• Identify and manage project risks; implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety and quality across all phases
• Conduct design reviews and feasibility/optimisation assessments
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations
• Document all activities and changes per procedures
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
