Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical design, schematics and layouts.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and codes.
• Proactive in planning, testing and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and control panels for projects.
• Prepare electrical schematics, layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Select and specify appropriate electrical components based on project requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and execution of engineering projects.
• Prepare and review project documentation, technical specifications and P&IDs.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Support procurement activities by providing technical input and evaluating quotations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and handover.
