Job summary

Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the Project Integration Division. The role focuses on coordinating civil, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure projects within port operations.

You will work with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure technical compliance, safety, and timely delivery across project phases, from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience.
• Experience in civil, infrastructure, port or maritime industries.
• Knowledge of contract management and local regulations.
• Strong site management and contractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and execution of assigned engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor compliance with project technical specifications, quality plans and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate engineering activities and site work with consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure works align with approved drawings, standards and quality assurance measures.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders for regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation and contract documentation.
