Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad in Bintulu, Sarawak seeks a Project Engineer, Civil to lead planning, design, and execution of civil projects for port infrastructure. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and regulators to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years' post-graduate experience; PE registration is desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE registration or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 3–5 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in port/heavy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools; experience with structural analysis software.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects for port infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare technical drawings, specs, and bills of quantities with design teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities for compliance.
• Perform QA/QC inspections across project phases.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; report to senior management.
