Job summary

Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the Project Integration Division to manage and support major capital projects at our port. You will work with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered per specifications, safety standards and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum seven years of project management experience in civil/infrastructure/port or maritime industries.
• Strong knowledge of project coordination, site supervision, and contract management.
• Familiar with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance with technical specifications, quality plans and contracts.
• Coordinate site activities with internal resources, consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for regulatory and safety matters.
• Facilitate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
