Job summary

Mabcon Energy Sdn Bhd – Kuala Nerang, Kedah is seeking a Project Engineer to provide Quality Management support and supervise civil and electrical construction activities for renewable energy projects. You will monitor progress, prepare reports, and coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handovers.

The role requires hands-on project management, problem-solving and leadership, with familiarity in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Project Engineer (Renewable Energy Project - Civil & Electrical)

Mabcon Energy Sdn Bhd – Kuala Nerang, Kedah

Provision and coordination of Quality Management support for the Project, with supervision of construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements. About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field
• Must have at least 2–3 years of experience in managing large scale projects especially in construction field under an EPCC or main-contractor environment. Candidates with experience in large-scale solar projects will have an added advantage.
• Hands-on project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with civil / electrical standards, regulations and testing especially in solar industry.
• . Familiarity with project management tools and software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Added advantage for candidates with SEDA certified / GCPV certification.
• Willing to be based in Kuala Nerang, Kedah.
• For successful outstation candidates, company hostel will be provided.
