Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (High-Rise) to lead on-site technical delivery at a Shah Alam high-rise site. You will supervise engineers, drive construction methods, and support the Project Manager in overall delivery.

Ideal candidates have 15-20 years in construction, with 5-7 years at senior PM level, strong leadership, and proven experience on large-scale projects including high-rise structures. Flexible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in construction, incl. 5-7 years at Project Director/Senior PM level.
• Experience with large-scale projects (RM100 million+), JVs or government work.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; masters is an advantage.
• PEng/PE registration preferred; PMP or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across infrastructure, earthworks, and high-rise, mentoring teams.
• Set schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; oversee complex works.
• Drive tendering/feasibility, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish SHE/QA/QC standards and manage stakeholder relationships; advise on risks.
