Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on high-rise construction projects. You will lead on-site activities, ensure quality, safety, and timely progress, and report to the Project Manager.

Fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin are preferred to liaise with contractors and clients; 2–3 years of relevant experience is required. This role offers hands-on growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, QS, Architecture or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of site supervision or related experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Organize, coordinate, and oversee construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Monitor and inspect construction works for compliance with specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Collaborate with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients for effective communication.
• Prepare project progress reports, participate in coordination meetings, and help resolve site-related issues.
