Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (High-Rise) to lead on a major Shah Alam site. You will supervise engineers, drive construction methodologies, and support the Project Manager in delivery.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, PEng/PE registration, PMP, and 15–20 years in construction with high-rise and infrastructure exposure. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in construction, including 5–7 years at Project Director/Senior PM level.
• Experience with infrastructure, earthworks, high-rise, and water treatment plants.
• Proven track record with RM100 million+ projects and large-scale contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Set overall schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Drive tendering, feasibility studies, and contract administration; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish SHE and QA/QC standards; manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic risk guidance and business development input.
