Landasan Cahaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to the Project Director in multiple high-rise construction sites. You will consolidate updates, monitor progress, and manage documentation and communications across head office and site teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in high-rise construction project coordination, project management, site supervision, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting senior management, Project Directors, or multiple construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction project processes, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and site coordination.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to the Project Director.
• Consolidate project updates, progress reports, schedules, budgets, risks, and key actions from multiple sites.
• Monitor progress against approved programmes and highlight delays or risks to the Project Director.
• Coordinate communication between Head Office, project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Arrange meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action lists.
• Review and track project documentation including drawings, variation orders, claims, site reports, and approvals.
• Assist in monitoring procurement status, material deliveries, subcontractor performance, and site requirements.
• Prepare management presentations, dashboards, correspondence, and reports for the Project Director.
• Maintain accurate filing and document-control systems for all projects.
• Support implementation of procedures for quality, safety, cost control, and project delivery.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, QS, and other internal departments on project-related matters.
