Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks a seasoned project controls professional to support cost control, budgeting and financial reporting for complex projects. You will manage WIP, EAC/ETC, and intercompany arrangements, while ensuring accurate invoicing and receivable tracking.

Candidate should have 5–7 years in project finance or controls, with SAP experience and the ability to start quickly. Join a global engineering and consulting firm delivering major infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5–7 years of experience in project controls or project finance.
• Experience supporting engineering/infrastructure/construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
• Available to commence immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project cost control activities, including monitoring budgets, WIP, EAC and ETC.
• Set up and maintain project records and financial data per policies.
• Support intercompany, sub-consultancy, and joint venture agreements.
• Assist monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and re-planning.
• Prepare invoices, monitor payments and follow up on receivables.
• Coordinate timesheets and ensure audit-ready project documentation.
