Job summary

SEACAD Group is seeking a skilled SAP Administrator to support cost engineering and project finance teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle SAP network activity, cost postings, VOWD preparation, and reconciliation of expenditures with finance colleagues.

The role requires at least 5 years in SAP administration, strong English and Malay, and meticulous data handling. The position is full-time, on-site in Kuala Lumpur, with opportunity to contribute to multi-project cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years industry experience in SAP administration positions

Responsibilities

• Assist SAP cost administration and KPI reporting.
• Create and assign networks and activities in SAP up to level 5.
• Prepare and reconcile project cost reports and VOWD.
• Verify invoices and process payments timely.
• Monitor SAP expenditures and maintain audit trails.
• Support cross-functional teams with SAP data and reporting.
