ICENTS GROUP HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a Senior Project Finance Executive to support the Finance and Project teams in monitoring project costs, billing, collections and profitability. The role will work closely with Project Managers, QS, Procurement and the Finance team to ensure project financial information is accurate, updated and properly supported.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with ACCA/CPA/ICAEW progress considered an advantage, and 3–5 years

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW) an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting or external audit.
• Experience in a public listed company or auditing public listed companies preferred.
• Knowledge of MFRS, group consolidation and financial reporting; familiarity with Bursa Malaysia ACE Market reporting is a plus.

• Assist in preparing monthly project profit and loss reports.
• Follow up on pending billing and supporting documents across departments.
• Assist in preparing project cash flow forecasts.
• Track purchase orders, subcontractor costs and major project commitments.
• Monitor and update variation orders, claims and project adjustments.
• Assist in preparing monthly project cost and profitability analysis.
• Assist in reviewing project cost accruals and outstanding costs at month-end.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documents for audit purposes.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting or external audit.
• Experience in a public listed company or auditing public listed companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of MFRS, group consolidation and financial reporting; familiarity with Bursa Malaysia ACE Market reporting requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and coordinate with stakeholders across the Group.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based accounting is an added advantage.
