Job summary

ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Program Management Section Head (Customer Service) to oversee account management for assigned customers, drive revenue and growth targets, and manage RFQ, pricing, and contract negotiations. You will understand and drive customer P&L, inventory goals, and key cost drivers while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall account management for assigned customers/accounts.

• Maintain strong customer relationships with timely, accurate data feeds.
• Coordinate with ASE global sales to identify opportunities and host customer visits.
• Lead cross-functional projects (VA/VE, NPI, transfers) to meet customer requirements.
• Provide escalation channel for customer issues and drive corrective actions.

Program Management Section Head (Customer Service)

Responsible for overall account management of assigned customers/accounts

Responsible for revenue and organic growth targets

Responsible for RFQ and pricing, legal affairs, negotiations (in any assigned area)

Responsible for understanding and driving the customer/account P&L (sales, margins, mark- ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any other specific cost drivers.

Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with assigned customer through consistent, timely and accurate data feed

Responsible to understand customer contracts and the relation to actual production and processes

Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues

In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions

PIC and coordinator for hosting all customer visits

Lead customer programs and cross functional management, working closely with project managers to meet customer’s requirements and objectives (Example: VA/VE, NPI, Transfer programs)

Identify & develop profitable new business opportunities through market research and funnel generation

Work closely and maintain good working relationships with ASE global sales team to identify and drive opportunities

Qualification & Experience:

Degree with minimum 5 years’ working experience

Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent presentation skills and preparation of presentation materials

Ability to interact with all levels/positions including Senior Positions

Fluent in BOTH English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities.

Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.

Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation and warehousing.
