Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years supervisor experience in precision engineering.
• Good machine/tool troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Experienced and able to use Mastercam.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings; edit program codes.

Responsibilities

• Managed all aspects of the production line and supervised employees.
• Coordinated with management and employees toward production line improvements.
• Prepared monthly report on production efficiency and productivity.
• Initiated problem solving and troubleshooting to reduce delays.
• Plan to improve work environment and monitor operational results.
• Prepare and implement production schedules to meet quantity and quality targets.
• Ensure raw materials availability to support planning.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; supervise line operators.
• Lead teams to meet production targets and improve yield and cost.
• Monitor line productivity and meet schedules on time.
• Provide training to operators and monitor absenteeism.
• Ensure quality compliance and monitor WIP and scrap.
