Job summary

Premier Hytemp Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee machinists and general workers on the shop floor in Malaysia. The role focuses on meeting production schedules, coordinating raw materials, and maintaining daily processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in a machine shop with CNC milling/turning, 3+ years of supervisory experience in heavy industries, and a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Oil and Gas exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM holder with machining knowledge.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in machine shop; CNC milling/turning experience; Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in heavy industry; Oil & Gas exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machinist & general worker to meet production schedules.
• Assist in production planning; control raw materials; final products assembly and daily process maintenance.
• Improve process flow and quality yield.
• Provide leadership with clear work direction to the production team.
