Job summary

AT&S Malaysia Kulim is seeking a senior operations leader to drive manufacturing excellence, safety, quality and productivity. You will champion automation and digital manufacturing initiatives and ensure workforce capability for sustainable growth.

You will manage production performance, lead zero-touch manufacturing efforts, and implement smart scheduling and production planning tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline with related experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Understanding of MES, SAP, automation and smart factory concepts.
Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment with people management or managerial experience.

Job Requirements:
