E-NESCOM DESIGNIFY ELEMENTS SDN. BHD.

Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Production Manager to plan and oversee daily to monthly production schedules, ensuring targets are met within quality and budget constraints. You will lead supervisors and workers, optimize workflow, control costs, and enforce GMP, HACCP, and Halal where relevant, while coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales to maintain smooth operations.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production experience, preferably with 2–3 years in supervision/management.
• Experience in food manufacturing, processing, packaging, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations, and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts and requirements.
• Monitor production progress and take corrective action to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage production capacity and resources, especially during peak seasons.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and food safety requirements (GMP, HACCP, Halal where relevant).
• Control costs, wastage, and optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Establish and monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
