TECAN CDMO Solutions PN SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Production Planner to coordinate assembly activities, ensure material readiness, and maintain on-time delivery in line with customer requirements.

You will develop and issue the Daily Production Plan, monitor WIP and WO aging, collaborate with PCBA Planning, QA, Warehouse, Logistics, and suppliers, and manage ECN/ECO changes. Requires 2–5 years in Production Planning, a Diploma in Engineering or related field, ERP/MRP training, strong

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Training in Production Planning, Manufacturing, or ERP/MRP.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and issue the Daily Production Plan (DPP) based on customer demand and shipment requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and adjust Assembly production schedules according to capacity, material availability, PCBA readiness, and line constraints.
• Create, release, monitor, and close Assembly Work Orders with accurate BOM, routing, and revision control.
• Monitor WIP and WO aging to ensure timely completion and prevent delays.
• Coordinate with PCBA Planner, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure materials for scheduled builds.
• Manage VMI, temporary-release, and consigned materials per procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports covering DPP achievement, WO aging, WIP, and material shortages.
• Supervise and guide the Store Assistant to support planning requirements.
