Qualifications

• 2–4 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing operations and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive / Coordinator to join our team at JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. in Kulai, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations across our manufacturing facility. This is more than a normal administrative position. You will work closely with Production, HR, Warehouse, Safety & Management to ensure manpower, production activities, materials, worker performance and compliance matters are properly coordinated and followed up. As Production Executive / Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing scheduling, and liaising between different departments to ensure that production targets are met consistently and on time. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the company's strategic manufacturing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with various departments including planning, quality assurance and logistics to ensure seamless production flow
• Key coordination role supporting daily manufacturing operations
• Exposure to manpower planning, worker KPI & production coordination
• Involvement in 5E, Safety & Health and DOSH/JKKP compliance
• Assist on material planning and cross-department coordination
• Assist in daily and weekly manpower planning based on production requirements.
• Liaise with Production Supervisors regarding attendance, manpower shortages and deployment.
• Assist Production in implementing and maintaining 5E / workplace organisation activities.
• Liaise with Production on workplace Safety & Health matters.
• Support training and development activities for production team members as needed
• Coordinate and follow up matters with DOSH/JKKP and other relevant authorities when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production-related reports.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management.

What we're looking for

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience of 2-4 years in production in similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing operations and supply chain principles
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and develop professional expertise in production menagemen
