Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia seeks a proactive Production Planning & Supply Chain Planner to optimize production plans, align demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years manufacturing planning experience.
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory, order management and S&OP concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficient in Excel.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control daily production scheduling and operations.
Assess schedules, optimize build plans and establish priorities to meet delivery commitments.
Monitor output and alignment with business objectives and demand.
Analyze BOM inventory, monitor WIP levels, support control activities.
Balance capacity, material availability, and demand for optimal performance.
Review customer orders against inventory and capacity; commit delivery dates.
Monitor backlog and manage critical customer requirements.
Translate demand into executable production and shipment plans.
Drive customer satisfaction through effective order management and delivery.
