Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a proactive Production Planning & Supply Chain Planner in Malaysia to manage daily production scheduling, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. The role collaborates with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years’ manufacturing experience, with strong Excel skills and SAP ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in production planning, supply chain planning, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, order management, and supply-demand planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control daily production scheduling and operational activities.
• Assess production schedules, optimize build plans, and establish priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production output and alignment with business objectives and customer demand.
• Balance capacity, material availability, and demand to optimize production performance.
• Translate customer demand into executable production and shipment plans and drive on-time delivery.
