Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a System Analyst/Business Analyst to lead end-to-end requirements analysis for the CRS platform in Malaysia.

You will translate complex insurance workflows into detailed system specifications for the development team, while serving as Scrum Master and driving Agile ceremonies. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, elicit stakeholder requirements, and ensure stories are ready for sprint planning.

Qualifications

Structured requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
Translate business workflows into detailed system and functional requirements.
Experience owning analysis artefacts end-to-end in enterprise software.
Facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
Proficient in process mapping, use-case modelling, and gap analysis.
Insurance domain experience is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple analysis streams across CRS domains.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end requirements analysis for CRS platform.
Translate workflows into structured specifications for dev team.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies for CRS feature team.
Refine product backlog with Product Owner; ensure stories are analysis-ready.
Collaborate with stakeholders; elicit requirements and manage expectations.
Support UAT planning and execution; coordinate test scenarios against requirements.
Maintain and version control analysis artefacts (Confluence).
Mentor team on Agile values and Scrum practices.
Track sprint metrics and protect team from scope creep.
Provide liaison between business stakeholders and engineering.
