Job summary

Chubb Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive projects and ensure timely delivery. You will lead requirements discussions, document business needs, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to translate needs into actionable backlog items.

The role covers UAT planning, test case drafting, governance support, and collaboration on risk and compliance documentation. A bachelor's degree and PMI-PBA certification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case drafting and defect tracking.
• Experience in business process documentation, governance support, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders to translate needs into backlog items.
• Gather, analyse, document business requirements and backlog details.
• Coordinate sessions and ensure readiness for the squad.
• Prepare governance, risk, and compliance documentation.
• Support UAT activities and incident-related updates.
• Conduct training/support documentation as needed.
