Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on client acquisition and AI-enhanced user experiences in our global mobile trading platform. You will drive growth by improving onboarding, conversion, and engagement across our digital platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and data analytics to deliver impactful features that attract, convert, and retain users; manage backlog; guide development from ideation to launch; and present updates

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage backlog of features to increase user engagement and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch with timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with engineering to understand requirements and overcome potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with design and UX to craft a compelling, user-friendly interface and smooth navigation flow.
• Conduct regular product demos and communicate updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
