Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product vision and strategy for its mobile platform across Malaysia. You will guide cross-functional teams, align product development with executive goals, and foster a customer-centric culture to sustain growth and competitive advantage.

You will drive end-to-end product processes, mentor leaders, manage budgets, and implement best practices to deliver high-quality, market-leading applications.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on strategic vision and market success.
• 5+ years of people management for product teams at large-scale apps.
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful product launches impacting business goals.
• Strong bias for action with ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery in product lifecycle management and strategic planning.
