You will analyze usage data, improve search relevance and discoverability, and craft tailored experiences for specific segments while reducing onboarding friction and guiding cross-functional teams through milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives to improve usability, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Improve search relevance, speed, and discoverability in the app.
• Craft tailored app experiences for specific segments.
• Reduce user friction across onboarding and core journeys.
• Analyze usage data, funnels, and drop-offs to identify pain points.
• Collaborate with Design to prototype and test concepts.
• Define success metrics for initiatives (DAU, NPS).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on roadmap and milestones.
