Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Extensive procurement or purchasing experience with 5–7 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills; proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain, contract law, procurement practices and market trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities; engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of procurement strategies.
• Implement purchasing plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain supplier relationships, address issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify new product demands and procurement needs.
• Oversee day-to-day purchase orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in managing procurement budget and cost control.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with other departments.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and savings achievements.
