Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in sourcing/purchasing or related field.
• Mandarin reading and writing ability required.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and supplier assessments a plus.
• Proactive with cost reduction and process improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic automation desired.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase activities including supplier qualification and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct RFx processes and bid evaluations to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Ensure supplier quality, delivery times, and inventory efficiency.
• Review supplier performance and drive improvements with QA and Engineering.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to meet objectives.
• Address quality issues with QA and supplier teams.
