Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a procurement professional to consolidate requirements from global subsidiaries across IT, data services, software and hardware purchases, and to conduct market research and supplier sourcing.
You will manage end-to-end procurement execution, including tendering, contract negotiation, order processing, delivery verification, payment settlement, and supplier management, while keeping processes compliant and well-controlled.
Consolidate procurement requirements from global subsidiaries and departments, covering products, IT, market data, data services, marketing, and other software/hardware-related purchases.
Conduct market research, supplier sourcing, and demand validation to ensure procurement strategies align closely with business needs.
End-to-End Procurement Execution
Independently manage the full procurement lifecycle, including tendering, contract negotiation, acceptance and delivery verification, order management, payment settlement, and supplier management.
Ensure procurement processes are compliant, efficient, and well-controlled.
Project and After-Sales Management
Continuously monitor project progress and coordinate after-sales support to ensure long-term operational stability and successful project delivery.
Cost Control and Supplier Management
Track and analyze procurement costs, maintain digital procurement records, manage supplier inventory movements and performance evaluations, and optimize supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Work closely with relevant departments to enhance procurement system workflows, improve system functionality, and optimize user experience.
Contract and Payment Management
Monitor contract execution and payment progress, coordinating with finance and business teams to ensure smooth fund settlement processes.
Audit Coordination
Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, project management, or vendor management.
Proficient in English for professional communication.
Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or internet industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement, including tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
Experience in cost control, data analysis, and supplier management.
Proficient in ERP or procurement management systems.
Strong contract and risk management skills, including handling supplier disputes and after-sales issues.
Familiarity with IT solutions, data/market data services, and software procurement.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure procurement, such as servers and networking equipment.
