Job summary

BizLink Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sourcing Executive to secure the best products and services for the organization, balancing cost, quality, and reliability. You will negotiate pricing and supply contracts, arrange inbound and outbound shipments for Malaysia, and maintain department documents and supplier qualifications.

This role also involves maintaining supplier lists and handling additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in purchasing, planning and sourcing of electronics and mechanical components.
• Mandarin fluency preferred as role interacts with Mandarin speakers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Arrange all inbound and outbound shipments for Malaysia.
• Maintain and update department documents.
• Maintain list of suppliers and their qualifications.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

• To get more exposure to other tasks that will be assigned from time to time.

• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin speaker.
