Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad seeks a seasoned transformation leader to drive data, digitalization, and AI programs across its cluster. You will partner with business units, map processes, gather requirements, and deliver measurable improvements while coordinating stakeholders and governance.

With 8–10 years of experience, you will influence strategy, manage risks, and realize benefits through cross-functional collaboration and robust program management in a Malaysia-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
• Professional certification or hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, change management, data analytics, or digital transformation is desirable.
• Ability to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, change adoption, resource coordination, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business partner and contact for assigned companies within the cluster, aligning priorities with transformation initiatives.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of the cluster’s business model, processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage the portfolio of transformation, digitalization, data, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution design.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, technology teams, and support functions to deliver practical solutions.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications for timely delivery.
• Monitor outcomes, adoption, and benefit realization to ensure improvements are sustained.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to management and governance forums.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:

Leads a designated business cluster by developing deep domain expertise, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving the successful delivery of transformation, process improvement, digital, data, and AI initiatives. Serves as the primary point of contact between assigned business units and GIT to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, operational priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Act as the key business partner and primary point of contact for assigned companies and functions within the cluster, ensuring close alignment between business priorities and GIT transformation initiatives.
• Develop strong subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of the cluster's business model, operations, processes, pain points, strategic priorities, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage the cluster's portfolio of transformation, process improvement, digitalization, data, automation, and AI initiatives to deliver measurable business value.
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, root cause analysis, solution design, and process optimization activities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, control, and customer or user experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, project teams, technology teams, and support functions to identify opportunities, address challenges, resolve issues, and deliver practical solutions.
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications to support timely and effective project delivery.
• Monitor project outcomes, adoption progress, performance indicators, and benefit realization to ensure targeted business improvements are achieved and sustained.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, portfolio priorities, key risks, business impact, resource needs, and emerging opportunities to management, business stakeholders, and relevant governance forums.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, project delivery, stakeholder management, digitalization, data-driven initiatives, or related business technology roles.
• Professional certification or hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, change management, data analytics, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and translate requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, project coordination, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of governance, risk management, change adoption, resource coordination, performance measurement, and benefit realization.
• Business-focused, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and sustainable business outcomes.
