Job summary

You will coordinate solution development, supervise ramp-up, and drive continuous improvement to reach efficiency targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience in process implementation projects for assembly industries (electronics/automotive preferred).
• 2D-3D CAD experience required.
• Automotive Quality Core Tools knowledge (APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) desirable.
• Strong technical project management and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define the manufacturing process strategy.
• Coordinate the process solution development and implementation.
• Supervise ramp-up of production lines until efficiency targets are met.
• Develop a continuous improvement strategy.
• Adapt equipment for new product references.
