Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia seeks an account review specialist to focus on MM customer renewals, credit monitoring and disbursement documentation for accounts not actively managed by RMs. You will manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts, conduct periodic reviews to maintain zero stale ratings, and pursue utilization enhancements and cross-selling opportunities.

You will ensure all reviews are completed by due date and promptly follow up on queries from RMs or clients, contributing to risk

Responsibilities

• Focus on account renewals, credit monitoring, and disbursement documentation for MM customers not actively managed by RMs
• Manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts (not managed by RMs and AMs)
• Conduct periodic review of existing accounts on timely basis & to maintain zero stale rating
• Focus on account renewals, utilization enhancement and cross-selling opportunities for these accounts
• Ensure all reviews are completed by due date
• Follow up on queries / requests by RMs or clients
