HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a PMO professional to support banking technology initiatives through project governance, planning, tracking and reporting. The role involves coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery through effective governance practices.

Responsibilities include collecting and publishing program reports, maintaining deliverable repositories, and tracking risks, issues, and action items to closure, while managing IT resources and vendor activities as reflected in the JD.

Formación

• PMO experience or equivalent in banking technology projects
• Strong governance, planning, tracking and reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Collect, collate and publish comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate periodic reviews, prepare minutes of meetings, track action items to closure.
• Monitor project health status and provide timely reporting on program aspects.
• Execute resource management plans including onboarding, training and resource release.
• Maintain a central repository for all deliverables.
• Track and report on implementation of best practices, processes and standards/tools.
