Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong banking background to lead complex transformation initiatives for financial services clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery across business and technology, engaging senior stakeholders and driving multi-workstream execution to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will work with business, product, operations, risk and tech teams, coordinating with vendors and partners while guiding governance and reporting throughout the project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience leading or delivering banking transformation projects.
• Strong governance, planning, RAID and change control skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and sponsors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking transformation initiatives.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and success measures.
• Develop integrated plans covering timelines, resources and budgets.
• Drive multi-workstream execution aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate strategy into structured transformation plans.
• Establish governance and decision-making pathways.
• Proactively manage RAID risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Prepare concise reporting for sponsors, steering committees and leadership.
• Collaborate with business, product, operations, risk and technology stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Foster collaboration and delivery excellence across teams.
• Coordinate implementation and business readiness activities.
• Track outcomes and benefits post-implementation.
