Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is expanding its global capability centre and seeking a Programme Lead to own delivery across markets in Asia and Africa. You will manage scope, cost, benefits, timeline, risk and reporting to senior leadership, while directing day-to-day relationships with internal technology teams and the capability centre.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring influence and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology delivery, transformation or programme leadership.
• Led end-to-end programmes across multiple countries with financial targets.
• Strong financial acumen; capable of building and defending business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own programme scope, cost, benefits and timeline across markets.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to build challenging financial models.
• Run governance forums, cadence, decision rights and reporting.
• Map dependencies, mitigate risks, escalate to sponsors when needed.
• Define migration approach with each market covering sequencing and continuity.
• Lead Market Delivery Leads to ensure a consistent approach.
• Set guardrails with internal technology teams regarding standards.
• Track delivery against gates and assess markets consistently.
• Prepare papers and reporting for senior leadership and executives.
