Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced PMO professional with a strong banking background to govern and deliver complex transformation programmes for our financial services clients in APAC. You will partner with Programme Directors and senior stakeholders to maintain visibility of scope, milestones, risks and resources.

This client-facing role goes beyond PMO administration, bringing structure, insights and proactive challenge to decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PMO, Project Management or Programme Management experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience governing complex transformation programmes beyond PMO administration.
• Proven ability to communicate and present at executive level with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance, controls and delivery standards across banking transformation programmes.
• Support Programme Directors and senior stakeholders with oversight of performance.
• Coordinate Steering Committees and programme reviews ensuring decisions and actions are captured.
• Maintain visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Produce concise executive-level reporting and insights for leadership.
