Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 4-8 years of backend, infrastructure, platform, or distributed systems experience.
• Proven production-grade distributed systems experience.
• Experience in cloud-native/enterprise environments.
• Ability to operate independently and make technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve core platform infrastructure for enterprise-grade products.
• Own major platform subsystems including architecture, testing, and maintainability.
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, observability, and reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide architectural direction.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost optimisation for large workloads.
