YTL Cement Berhad is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and optimise plant operations across Melaka and Kuantan, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. You will support Plant Managers, manage cross-plant resources, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with senior management.

The role involves monitoring KPIs, budget oversight, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to uphold service excellence and achieve performance targets.

Competenze

• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in plant operations, production management, sales, or a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, production planning, process optimisation and cost control.
• Experience implementing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and optimise plant operations across multiple zones.
• Monitor and enforce HSE regulations and conduct audits.
• Supervise and support multiple plants within the assigned zone.
• Review KPIs, analyse trends, and report to senior management with recommendations.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities across the zone.
• Mentor Plant Managers and Supervisors and promote leadership development.
