Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. Penang site seeks a Sr. Manager Operations to lead plant operations across EHS, compliance, quality, delivery, and cost control, aligning with safety, profitability, and continuous improvements.

You will oversee 1000+ employees, steer cross‑functional teams, implement Lean and Six Sigma tools, and drive talent development while fostering a Zero Incident culture and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and related process tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations of a large site (EHS, compliance, quality, delivery, cost control).
• Coordinate and direct all functions of plant operations (Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Quality, ISC, OpEx, HR, Finance).
• Drive continuous improvement and build a strong talent development pipeline.
• Promote a Zero Incident culture and ensure alignment with TE safety standards.
• Ensure profitability, productivity and high customer satisfaction.
