Job summary

TBH is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist to be based full-time onsite at our client’s location in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. You will develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans across a range of complex programs, with exposure to factory, data centre or semiconductor environments.

You’ll lead scheduling activities, collaborate with client teams and TBH colleagues, and support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning and scheduling roles.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience delivering complex construction projects in data centres, factories or semiconductor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and client stakeholders.
• Review, interpret and analyse project data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare deliverables for client submissions including schedule updates and reports.
• Apply industry best practice planning methods to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain complex schedules using Primavera P6 with clear reporting outputs.
