Job summary

Bina Schedulers Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Planning & Scheduling professional to develop master implementation programmes and detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. You will update integrated sub-programmes for engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, while tracking progress and KPIs.

The role requires strong knowledge of schedule development, critical-path analysis, and resource planning with proficiency in Excel and TILOS

Qualifications

Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for master and detail schedules.
Experience in developing integrated sub-programmes across project phases.
Strong ability to perform critical-path analysis and schedule logic.
Proficient with Excel for Time–Location Charts and advanced formulas.
Knowledge of resource planning, leveling, and productivity estimation.
Capable of loading and analysing manpower, resources, and costs in P6.

Responsibilities

Develop master and detailed baseline programmes per contract requirements.
Create and maintain integrated sub-programmes for all project activities.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress curves, and KPIs.
Coordinate data collection and verification of progress dates and % complete.
Monitor progress, identify variances and bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
Conduct site inspections and present programme updates to the project team.
Develop mitigation, acceleration, and recovery programmes as needed.
Ensure timely submission of programme deliverables and reports.
Perform other planning and project-control duties as required.
