TBH Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Scheduling Consultant to be based onsite in Malaysia, Johor Bahru. You will contribute to the development, management, analysis and execution of detailed project plans across factory, data centre and semiconductor assembly fields.

Working with TBH and client stakeholders, you will monitor milestones, support reporting, and ensure alignment with delivery objectives while applying industry best practice planning methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ planning and scheduling experience.
• Qualifications in engineering, construction management, or project management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Collaborate with client and TBH teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Review data from multiple sources to support forecasting and progress tracking.
• Prepare deliverables for client submissions including schedule updates.
