Job summary

TBH Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist to be based full-time on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will develop and manage detailed project schedules across complex programs, collaborating with client teams and TBH colleagues to meet milestones and deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in planning and scheduling, relevant engineering/construction qualifications, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' relevant experience in planning and scheduling roles.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (English; oral and written).
• Experience delivering complex construction projects in data center, factory or semiconductor environments (highly regarded).
• Proven ability to develop, manage and analyse detailed Level 5+ schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of project schedules and plans, aligning with milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and client stakeholders through clear communication.
• Review, interpret and analyse project data to support reporting, forecasting and decision-making.
• Prepare deliverables for client submissions, including schedule updates and reports.
• Apply industry planning methodologies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare, maintain and analyse complex schedules using Primavera P6; provide tailored reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project information.
• Provide timely updates to senior team members for progress reporting.
