Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planner II / Senior Planner to drive demand planning, master scheduling, and ERP/MRP-driven execution in Penang. This role requires relocation to Penang and strong analytical capabilities.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to develop demand plans, load master schedules, monitor forecasts, and support on-time delivery while maintaining planning metrics. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–7 years of experience in materials planning or related field.
Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a demand plan with Business Units and customers.
Create and maintain a Master Schedule through material and capacity analysis and load into ERP.
Develop and monitor revenue forecasts and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with operations to ensure timely production plan execution.
Monitor and improve planning metrics.
Comply with company security policies.
