Job summary

C-Hawk Technology is seeking a production planning specialist to coordinate demand, capacity, materials and production schedules, ensuring stable operations and on-time delivery.

You will translate demand into executable plans, monitor capacity and material availability, and support S&OP and rolling planning across Malaysia facilities. Strong analytical skills and MRP/ERP experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review customer/project demand, forecast and production requirements.
• Translate demand requirements into an executable production plan.
• Review demand changes and assess impact on capacity, material and delivery.
• Maintain appropriate planning horizons and priorities.
• Support monthly S&OP and rolling planning activities.
• Identify demand/capacity gaps and identify risks.
• Analyze machine/resource capacity against planned demand.
• Monitor resource loading, utilization and capacity constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering on capacity requirements.
• Support finite-capacity planning, overtime and subcontract capacity analysis.
• Provide capacity analysis for job release and production commitment.
• Review MRP results and material availability against the production plan.
• Monitor material shortages and identify potential production impact.
• Coordinate job release and production priorities.
• Monitor active jobs and production orders.
• Review schedule changes and assess downstream impact.
• Ensure jobs are properly followed up and closed in accordance with the planning process.
• Support urgent production changes and customer priority requirements.

This role is responsible for integrating demand, capacity, materials, and production planning to ensure stable operations, strong schedule adherence, and reliable OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
