Job summary

CTI International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Systems & Integration Architect to assess the existing C– Hawk application, data and OT landscape and define the target architecture, transition roadmap and global standards. You will design integrations across ERP, MES, QMS, planning, warehouse, maintenance, Power BI and equipment systems using APIs and events.

The role also involves defining systems ownerships, data models, master‑data controls, lineage and data quality rules,

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in manufacturing systems architecture or IT/OT engineering.
• Strong SQL, APIs, events, data modelling and integration experience with Epicor/ERP.
• Hands-on Epicor/ERP, MES or QMS integration experience.
• Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, industrial networks, cybersecurity, observability, high availability and disaster recovery.
• Strong design documentation and troubleshooting skills; travel to C– Hawk sites for deployments.

• Review designs, resolve end‑to‑end issues and guide data, application and controls engineers on reusable integration practices.

Job description

Manufacturing Systems & Integration Architect

Assess C – Hawk ‘s application, data amd OT landscape and define the target architecture, transition roadmap and global technical standards.

Design integrations across Epicor ERP, MES, QMS, planning, warehouse, maintenance, Power BI and equipment systems using APIs and events.

Define systems ownerships, canonical data models, master – data controls, lineage, data quality rules, and interface acceptance criteria.

Develop secures IT/OT connectivity patterns covering industrial protocols, edge computing, network segmentation, identity and access

Establish monitoring, logging backup, disaster recovery, release and production – support requirements for critical solutions.

Review designs, resolve end – to – end issues and guide data , application and controls engineers on reusable integration practices.

Job Requirements

Degree in software, data, automation, computer science aor systems engineering

7 – 12 years in manufacturing systems architecture, enterprise integration or IT/OT engineering.

Strong SQL, APLs, events, database and data modelling; hands – on Epicor/ERP, MES or QMS integration experience required.

Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, industrial networks, cybersecurity, observability, high availability and disaster recovery’.

Strong design documentation and troubleshooting skills; able to travel to C – Hawk sites for planned deployments.
